Welcome to the forum wickedflame90. It is probably the air control sensor on the throttle body. I think it is called a aic sensor. You will probably have to pull the throttle body and put it on the bench to remove it. The little screws were so tight on mine that it rounded out the screwdriver slot on the screws that hold it on. I had to break them loose with a small pair of vice grips.

You could try cleaning it if you don't want to spend the scratch. Just soak it real good, you can try doing while it's on the car but it's better taking it off and spraying the crap out of it with tb cleaner. Worse case scenario if cleaning it doesn't help then do what Pecos said and replace it.

Is there over revving sometimes too??
or idle surging up and down??
or just low idle and dies??
