    Low tire pressure dummy light

Stays on. Dealer told me the sensor is commonly removed so that it does not damage the tires during very high speed pursuit. Side effect is that the light stays on.

    Is this correct?

It is my understanding that the sensor is put there so you won't be killed during a high speed pursuit if a tire goes down.

    I like it.

Maybe the battery in the sensor is dead or the spare tire is low(if it has a sensor). The mechanic I use said the batteries supposedly last about 10 years.
