    Cornering Lights - '04

Has anyone installed a set of cornering lights - the ones that come on when the directionals are activated and that point toward the side of the road to make cornering easier. I can pick them up easily enough from the junk yard, but its the installation that scares me. Thoughts?

You mean like Grand Marquis sidemarkers or what? Crown Victorias never has cornering lights stock.

I believe some have done a mod and ran a wire to the Blinkers that will make it work But as Billy said CV did not come that way

Yeah I have that blinker mod on all of my vics, but it's still not exactly like cornering lights.
Here's a good video of what it would look like. It only works with the parking lights on.

Here's another neat video from a CVN member that shows the mod up close and how it works.

Thanks, guys. I guess what I'm wanting to do iss more like the Marquis cornering lights, not blinkers. Prior to buying the CV I had been driving Lincoln Mk VIIs, and I'm a bit spoiled. Seeing around corners at night, especially when trying to pull into a driveway, is kinda cool! I'll keep working on it and will do a new post if I figure out a way to do it.
