    Suspension options

So the suspension in my p71 is super stiff, doesn't bother me in the least bit. What bothers me I'd the ride height! It sits up like a truck. I want to lower it. Does the mustang suspension work on crown Vic? Or anyone have any other ideas?

    Thanks!

no it doesnt, springs are different, if you want different suspension there is a place that makes custom springs for vics, or you can go to civy springs, but if you like the stiff ness you can get custom springs from a site ill look for it

This is one of the sites that will make a custom coil spring if you give them the specs.

Yeah, I want to lower it a bit. Not sure how much yet. Its been raining so I can't go out an toy with the car much, as all 6 of out garage bays are filled with vehicle 2 mg midgets, an old jee Woody wagon, super old 40s panel truck, our k5 blazer an a '71 Datsun 240z. Sadly they all come first

There was a Craigs List ad back in May boasting "The P71 CVPI has NASCAR quality, fully adjustable front suspension that can be dialed in for high performance driving."

No problem. Great video too BTW. It gives everyone a good idea what our cars can do with a better setup if you got the extra cash.....one of those things you only do once so you might as well do it right IMO

I don't remember it as an option.
