    Beauty Parts, 1998 P71?

I recently bought a 1998 P71, the first significant upgrade that I plan is new(er) tires, as the winters here can be nasty. My question is do they, in fact, use the chrome center hubs from a Ranger Pickup, or was my source wrong. I like that look, but don't want to buy the wrong stuff. The car currently has 3 full chrome hub caps that are in bad shape. Am I on the right track? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not too sure that the center caps will fit a 1998 because I don't have much experience with late 90's P71's... but yes.. they are the same caps from a ford ranger.

My 2000 came with these tall type center caps...

To update the look a bit I upgraded to the "ufo" type center caps... the same caps from a ford ranger.

Thanks again Interceptor! I did purchase new rubber all around and within a few days later, made an approximately 1800 mile round trip for work-related training. Car functioned without a flaw! My car isn't very pretty cosmetically, but mechanically solid.

Not EXACTLY! 98-02 wheels are different than the 03. Also 2003 was the year they started putting in rack & pinion steering.

If you're only talking about the hub caps then you are correct sir!

I would like to thank everyone for their contributions. My 98 CVPI isn't pretty (two-tone, white and rust), but, with about 140,000 miles on it, I feel it will still have a lot of life yet. Thanks again!
