I just purchased a 98 CVPI - Would like to add cruise control(does NOT need to be on the wheel), Cornering Lights, as well as have the headlights on when the ignition is on..
Any suggestions ?
Thanks

I prefer OEM parts, so I would contact my local Ford dealer and purchase a DRL package. It would be plug-n-play. I would do the same for cruise control. Cornering lights? CV or MGM? I have used aftermarket parts amny years ago, but I still believe that OEM parts are the best and seem to last much longer. OEM is designed specifically for your application, where aftermarket is more generic. OEM might cost a little more, not always, but I would rather a few bucks more and have a part that is specifically for my car. I hope this helps.
I will definitely be looking into this. Also, if you decide to put in carpet, and can swing it financially, consider the OE carpet. It would have been over $300 for my car, which was about twice as much as what I got, but the time and trouble and not-quite-perfect fit make me think that I'd buy OE if I had it to do over again. The OE carpet would probably have taken me an hour or so, but I was at it for all of a Saturday with the aftermarket one I got.
