    cobra upgrade

    I remember reading back a while ago in a magazine before I decided on getting the interceptor that I belive the bondurant school,converted interceptors to the cobra engine with a 5 speed,etc. does anyone know where this article was????

    god I wish I could atleast put the motor in my interceptor,even if keeping the slushbox it'd probably go from 8.7 to 60 to maybe under 8

    Many guys have done crazy things to their Vics.

    Did that come from Crown Vic.net?

    The Mercury Marauder is based on the same platform as the Crown Vic and it has the same engine as a 2002 Cobra.

    "Essentially the same engine that powered the 2002 Mustang Cobra, it makes 302 horsepower at 5,750 rpm and 318 pound-feet of torque at 4,250 rpm."
