Steering gear box with or without the handling package?

Ok you guyz I took my car to a mechanic where I live and told him my problem.Now he said this could be the reason and recommended getting a steering gear box.Now if you see my recent thread about my high speed problem you will know what I'm talking about.If not just go back and read it because it's too much to type again.Now I called up autozone today and they said it's one with a handling package and one without.I wanted to know what all comes with the handling package.Price is not an issue but he recommended the handling package, so I'm stuck in making a decision and I will appreciate it if ya'll help me out......

The HPP steering box had an EVO (electrically variable orifice) system which gave you varying assist depending on road speed. If you swap in a P71 application steering box you will have better road feel and a stiffer steering at speed.
