Seems awful gimmicky to me. Hope you did your homework before this purchase. I doubt they will take returns after its installed. I looked at the site and didn't really find any USEFUL dyno information at all. (not that I'm a dyno guru or anything)
Welcome to the forum Tht1Vic. I think you should have saved your money and bought a computer case fan for about $4, would probably do as much good. IMHO

Electronic superchargers never do what they claim they do! It's equal to ebay "power chips". My advice is that if you want to super charge your vic cool but you'll have to spend the money and get the belt driven one! Make sure build the rest of the car to take that mod. Any mod(s) that result in 100+ hp gains you have build your bottom end to handle that. Re-gear your rear end, etc... You can try the electronic one to see how it operates and report back to the forum. I wouldn't be surprised if you see very minimal difference if any at all.
SGT
i think its kool its not going to make alot of difference by itself maybe 5-10hp but if paired with exhaust and other stuff it will be a noticeable increase in hp for a couple of hundred bucks i think its ok check this website out it has the hp estimates for cars
couldnt find numbers for crown vic though take a look
this one is for one called E-ram [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Write back anything you find out good or bad. And keep note on your MPG. I think its best if we all get to see the results before we shoot off our mouths.
E85 is green and I dont care. But its also 105 octane = 7300RPM shift point and I really care.
It makes a 0hp difference.
2003 P71: Totaled, parted out, scrapped.
2003 P71: 5.4L swap, exhaust, dyno tune, stuff.
2002 P71: Stock.
I try to tell folks that unless your willing to pay about $5K for a supercharger that you are wasting your money. If you want to try the cheapies go buy a computer cooling fan and force it into your zip tube. You're out $5 and gained the same thing.............nothing.
